We are proud to offer our Minimal Hassle Replacement Guarantee on any product with incorrect prints, quality issues, or shipping damage. Should you receive an item of this nature, simply email our customer service team (support@piecekeepersapparel.com) within twenty (20) days of product delivery with the following information:
Once our team has this information and can verify the issue in question, we will replace the item at no cost to you (we said it was minimal hassle)!
Please keep in mind that due to the pre-treatment process, some products may have a slight vinegar odor upon receipt. This is only temporary and will disappear upon washing. Please wash your garments before wearing.
We are unable to offer free replacements on items after twenty (20) days following customer receipt of the product.
No refunds will be issued for incorrect or undeliverable addresses, so please double check your shipping information prior to checkout.
Was your item lost in the mail?
No problem, we’ve got you covered there too! Once we confirm that the package was lost in transit, we will ship out a new item at no cost to you! This does not include packages that show “delivered” on the tracking, because they are then considered to be in your possession.
Piece Keepers Apparel Apparel Size Exchange Policy
We have dealt with companies that advertise “Free Size Exchanges” or a “Hassle-Free Size Exchange Policy”, and found out that we still had to pay two, sometimes three shipping charges out of our own pocket! First, to initially purchase the garment. Then, to ship the garment back to the store. And finally, to get the correct size shipped back to us. Add that to the time and gas running to the post office and back (especially for those of us that live in the country), and it’s hardly “free” or “no hassle.” Most of the time it made more sense for us just to gift the shirt to a friend or family member and have one less gift to buy come Christmas time. By the time we added all of the extra costs and hassle we had endured, we had spent a good portion of what a new shirt costs!
Here at Piece Keepers Apparel we want to be honest with our brothers and sisters. Therefore, to be honest, the only true no-hassle return policy is one in which you don’t have to return anything at all! In that spirit, we have done away with the confusing, misleading size charts that the clothing manufacturers provide us. Instead, we created custom size charts for each garment we sell. We have also included a picture and a video to assist our customers with the ordering process. This allows our customers to order with complete confidence, and to receive the correct size garment the first time. In doing so, we eliminate the extra emails, shipping charges, and trips to the post office to return the garment(s), and also eliminate the need for a burdensome and costly exchange policy. After all, by receiving the correct size garment the first time, the dollars saved could be spent on guns and ammo…and the time saved could be added time at the range!
As you can tell, we have put a lot of research, time, thought, and effort into apparel sizing issues. In doing so, we have come to the conclusion that an accurate size chart and a measurement video for all of our garments would be a lot less hassle for our customers than the best size exchange policy we could ever come up with. Let’s face it, even the best return policies still cost the customer time and money…it’s just a matter of how much.
In summary, Piece Keepers Apparel does not accept size exchanges. We provide accurate size charts for a true no hassle experience.
But…how do I buy a shirt for someone as a gift?
We realize this might seem like an inconvenience if you are planning to buy apparel for someone else and do not know their size…because asking them to measure themselves would spoil the surprise! But, to be honest, the last thing you want to do when buying someone a gift is to expose them to a burdensome size exchange policy that costs them nearly as much money as the original gift, right? It’s no longer a gift when they have to get their own wallet out and fight through a return process. This is another reason why we decided to get rid of the return process entirely and offer accurate size charts and measurement videos in its place. If you wish to purchase a gift for someone from our website, we recommend buying them one of our Piece Keepers eGift Cards…that way the recipient can choose the design, color, and product they want, and get the correct size. You can even select the day you want the eGift Card delivered, as well as write them a personal message!
